Having goals in life helps give meaning and direction. Sure, we must distinguish fantasy from reason…but we must also not create or allow artificial barriers or limitations suggested by family, associates, friends, and others.

The goal may be to migrate for a better future, to change careers, to buy a home or car, to have decent, sincere friends, to travel…or simply to find peace and happiness and enjoyment in one’s immediate environment andwith the cards life has dealt.

Whatever the goal, do your utmost best to attain it without stomping on others. If the goal, or some goals never get realized, you’ll know that you did your best – and consider this, would you have preferred to go through life aimlessly or was it not still worth it, after all, to set a direction and to have something that inspired you and fired up your life each day that you opened your eyes and gave thanks?

Blessings, all – aim for the highest attainments you desire – and if you never get there, you might well still attain some other wonderful things had you not set the bar high.
